Do you accept emergency cases?
Yes. We provide emergency and urgent care during our normal business hours. On Saturdays and Sundays, we are available for emergencies only. If your pet experiences an emergency after hours, call us immediately and follow our team’s guidance.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and CareCredit.
What forms do I need to complete before my pet’s visit?
New clients should complete our New Client Form prior to their first appointment, and pets scheduled for procedures will need a Surgery Consent Form. These forms can be filled out online in advance for faster check-in.
